When will my items be shipped?
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the timeframe below. In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 2-5 business days or more.
How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note:
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
- Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
- Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
How to Check/Track order status?

I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt. For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive. For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders. How much is shipping?
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs. Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.
Standard Shipping
Most items are $6.99 shipping for one order shipped domestic and $9.99 shipping for one order to the rest of the world.
Shipping with insurance
The shipping with insurance option are $9.99 for an order shipped domestic and $14,99 for an order to the rest of the world. Shipping insurance is a service that protects shippers from packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If an insured package does not reach its destination or if it is damaged on delivery, please email [email protected] with a picture or text of the problem with the package and we will send it back to you. You pack a new item at no cost. The following will be excluded from our transfer insurance policy: Goods damaged due to natural disasters or external factors beyond our control and responsibility. Goods have arrived in your mailbox but you did not take it leading to theft.
Express Shipping (7 – 10 business days for Shipping Time)
Most apparel items are $19.99 shipping for one order shipped domestic and $26.99 shipping for one order to the rest of the world.
International buyers – What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Refunds & Replacement
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. For any defective products, send us an e-mail at [email protected] for better advice. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order at no cost. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item. – Design error: wrong design compared to information provided by customers on our site. – Bad quality: blurry image/print. – Exceeded shipping time: If you do not receive the order within the timeframe. – Damage during shipment. What should you do? Contact us within 20 days since you get your items and provide us necessary informations:
- Your order/invoice ID
- In case you get wrong item/ damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received via email [email protected]
Please Note
We do not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:
- your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested); and
- your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country’s customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing “delivered” in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
- If 20 days have gone by since you get your items
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
