Nouchi, a vocal advocate for the queer cause, transformed elements of his masculine wardrobe into pieces tailored for women. The collection featured long coats, oversized shoulders, tailored waists, pleated pants, shirts, and youthful tank tops, embracing a gender-neutral fashion narrative.

Fall-Winter 2024/2025 Collection Highlights:

The fall/winter 2024/2025 collection showcased a juxtaposition of the 19th-century masculine silhouette with contemporary elements. Deep black tones, luxurious leathers (courtesy of the collaboration with Ecco Leather), and textile innovations such as jacquards with faux fur patterns and Tencel knit stitches dominated the runway. Noteworthy were jacquards with cut threads, resembling feathers and fur.

Inclusivity was a focal point for Nouchi, responding to client demands and challenging traditional notions of masculine ambition and opulence in men’s fashion. The collection, named ‘Bel Ami’ in a nod to Guy de Maupassant’s 19th-century Parisian character, aimed to critique and deconstruct conventional male behaviors associated with fashion.

The runway show, held in a space under reconstruction on Paris’ Rue du Faubourg-Poissonnière, went beyond featuring beautiful models. The audience comprised clients and friends, embodying Nouchi’s commitment to rejecting gender stereotypes. The inclusive display showcased models of various demographics, enabling end clients, regardless of size or shape, to envision themselves in the collection.
