UK-based footwear brand FitFlop is harnessing over 15 years of expertise in biomechanical science and ergonomic engineering to unveil an Active collection crafted exclusively for women.
The collection showcases two distinctive styles: the advanced running shoe, designed to enhance women’s joyful movement, and a revolutionary slide dedicated to restoring natural balance post-active engagement.
The FFRunner, dubbed a “smart sneaker,” prioritizes maximum comfort and running efficiency. Utilizing an advanced iteration of FitFlop’s Neodynamic technology, it incorporates an innovative wishbone-shaped propulsion plate that facilitates multi-directional movement. This design aligns with the foot’s natural range of motion, accommodating side-to-side as well as forward-and-back movements.
FitFlop’s second offering, the RelieFF recovery toe-post sandals, is designed to support the body’s return to its natural resting state after periods of high-energy or high-movement activities. Boasting a unique triple-density midsole construction and advanced rebound cushioning, these sandals alleviate pressure, diminish impact, deliver enhanced arch support, and contribute to optimizing the body’s natural alignment.
Eleanor Wardle, FitFlop’s Marketing Director, expressed, “For millions of women worldwide, the motivation for embracing regular active movement is one of health and happiness, as opposed to the traditional emphasis on elite performance that characterizes the Athletic footwear category. Our aim is to cater to these individuals by creating a range of progressive, technologically advanced footwear specifically designed for women.”
The pricing for this innovative collection ranges from £50 to £160.
