The six-month program offered by the Academy aims to train individuals, particularly those facing employment challenges, to become skilled tailors specializing in repairs. Schweichler emphasized that participants are assured of a “strong job guarantee” within the United Repair Centre team.

Schweichler, in his message, encourages individuals without formal education or employment to enroll in the program, including those for whom Dutch is a challenge. The Academy’s modular education approach allows participants to progress at their own pace, with special attention given to language development.
